Cancellation & Refund Policy
STATIONERY MONK believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. Cancellation requests may be denied if the order has already been shared with vendors/merchants and the shipping process has started.
Perishable Products
STATIONERY MONK does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. Refund or replacement may be provided if the product delivered is proven to have quality issues.
Damaged / Defective Products
If you receive damaged or defective items, please report them to our Customer Service team within 2 days of delivery. The request will be processed only after verification from the vendor/merchant.
If the product delivered is not as shown on the website or does not meet expectations, please inform our support team within 2 days of receiving the product. After reviewing the complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision.
Warranty Products
For products that come with manufacturer warranty, please report the issue directly to the manufacturer for resolution.
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved by STATIONERY MONK, it may take 3–5 business days to process. The final refund timeline depends on your bank or payment gateway.
